If you have Hercules Construction build your new home I will pay your 1st. years heating bills. Each home will be Energy Star tested and certified.
The home owner and I will receive an Energy Star report listing all the utility cost for the home. This is what will determine the amount I will pay for heating bills. Each home will be tested and each home will have different utility cost depending on the size and shape.
